At uni there is a program called Ilead about international leadership. To get my completion certificate, I must go to different speakers and activities. I have already completed part of the program by studying abroad.
A couple of weeks ago we listened to a memory athlete speak about how to improve your memory. His name was Daniel Kilov. He mainly said to make up creative stories to remember things. Here is a link to a Tedtalk he has done about memory http://youtu.be/IgtFgi6DbP4.
